Terms & Conditions

1. I only attend to serious buyers.

2.The price stated is firm accept during promotional period.

3. Once you submit your order,please make your payment within 48hours.Full payment is required for any ready made items. 50% deposit must be made upon confirmation of the services such as wedding gift (gubahan hantaran), hampers, any other custom made items.

4. Buying is at your own risk, not refundable except certain cases.

5. Any loost or damage during courier delivery is not our responsibility.We will assist if anything happen.

6. Delivery/Shipping fee is not included. There will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee according to your mode of delivery choosen by you. Nationwide & international order is welcome.

7.Once you have received the goods, kindly notify us via email.If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you already received the goods.

Buyers must agree to all Purchase Arrangement terms.

How to order?

Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions applied.

1. Pick your favourite item(s) for ready made. For custom made need further discussion through sms /call/email.

2. Fill up Order Form at the bottom of this blog.

3. Once we received your order, we will issue an invoice via email.If need special request for example services (gubahan hantaran, gifts and hampers) we need further discussion.

4. Once you received the invoice, please make payment to our account within 48 hours or we will consider you are not interested to proceed the purchase.

5. Finally, please email to us the copy of bank in slip as a proof of a payment.

tadaaa...just waiting for your parcel to be arrived at your place!!!!
